This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://prosperitypropertypartners.com, what we do with it, who sees it and what your rights are.
Prosperity Property Partners is the trading name of Prosperity Property Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17483148), of 20 Walnut Way, Hitchin, SG5 3XT. We find property investment deals and introduce them to investors. We are the controller of your information, which means we are responsible for it.

Our website runs on Kinmoot, a platform provided by Kinmoot Ltd (company number 17381326, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA). Kinmoot hosts the site, stores what you give us and sends our emails, on our behalf and on our instructions.
Kinmoot is responsible in its own right for your sign-in account (which also works on other sites run on Kinmoot, none of which we can see), for keeping the platform secure and fixing faults, and for Kini, the help assistant. Kinmoot's privacy policy covers those.
We do not ask for health, ethnicity, religion or other special category information. Please do not send it.

We do not sell your information.
How we rank interest in a deal. When you register interest in a deal, the website ranks you Top, Mid or Bottom from the things we choose to count: how you would fund it, your timescale, how many properties you own, whether you answered our questions about the deal and whether you have bought from us before. We use the ranking to decide who to speak to first. On a deal where we have switched it on, the first investor ranked Top has the deal reserved for them automatically, and may be sent our agreement to sign, without one of us looking first. If a reservation lapses because no call was booked, the deal can pass to the next investor ranked Top in the same way. Nothing is agreed until you sign, and we can end a reservation. You can ask for one of us to look again at your ranking or a reservation, give us your view, and object to being ranked this way: email investors@prosperitypropertypartners.com.

Where the law requires us to keep records for longer, such as our accounts and tax records, and our checks on you where the money laundering regulations apply to us, we keep our own copies outside this website for as long as the law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent and stop marketing emails at any time.
You can do much of this yourself: download your data from Your data in your account, choose which deal emails you get, unsubscribe from any email, or delete your account at https://prosperitypropertypartners.com/account/delete. For anything else email investors@prosperitypropertypartners.com. We reply within one month.
Your information is stored in London. Kinmoot uses these providers to run our website for us. hCaptcha and Sentry, and Anthropic for Kini, work for Kinmoot itself, on the sign-in, security and fault fixing and Kini that section 2 says Kinmoot is responsible for.

Kini. If you use "Ask Kini", Kinmoot sends your questions to Anthropic in the USA to write the answers, and keeps your conversations for 12 months. We do not see them, only common topics. If you ask Kini to pass a question on, we get the question, a summary and your email address so we can reply.
The site uses cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. With your consent it also uses analytics (PostHog). There is no session recording. When you are signed in, Kinmoot records which pages you open, without a cookie, to help fix problems. Change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Your information sits behind sign-in, and only we and the people we make administrators of our site can see it. Uploaded documents are stored privately. If a breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the ICO where the law requires it.
Our website is for people aged 18 or over.
We will update this page and its date when anything changes.
